You know I'm not sure if he does have EoTN on the acc he was playing on. That would explain it, thanks. Still..you should not have to have EoTN to take part thats silly..not everyone has EoTN.
'Oh heres some halloween quests..even though Halloween isnt celebrated in the EoTN ..you still need it to do the quests sorry'..GJ.

Well, I can understand the feeling and disappointment in not being able to do certain things. However, a complete Guild Wars as a whole is all of the campaigns and EotN. We know that they've limited cross campaign material to prevent such issues with pretty much just the Black Moa hunt covering all the campaigns. To be honest I would like it if they didn't segregate the campaigns and expansion as much as they choose to. There are some neat, fun things that could have been done had they allowed themselves more freedom in crossing 'boundries.'

If anyone is haveing problems in the Rotscale Area there is a bug~ well not sure if it is a bug, but you can get 6 candy corn Necros. Run to Rotscale from the Wild out post. When you zone into his zone you get three. Then run to little dock down by the rez shrine it is close enough to activate. Then if you die you will rez there and three more will pop up. I did this by accident. When you enter the temple they do dissapear and you only get three.

if anyone is having problems in the rotscale area, just run past him and enter the mausoleum. Of course, every pug I've been in (done this on a half dozen toons) already knew this.

Yeah the final UW battle does feel a bit more needlessly padded out than say... a more skillful boss fight like some of the dungeon bosses tend to be. (or even Abaddon now after the Mesmer buff ...hexway in PvE, yucky ) ...but it'd easily be fixed if they just made his minions into a real threat you'd actually need to put in Stasis instead the little yappy ankle biters they currently are. ...that, and making Rest a bit less binary or maybe even redundant if more than 1 person is chain casting it.
